Angelique found this robin's nest while rolling up the garden hose yesterday. She said she saw Mrs. Robin building this nest earlier this Spring. If you look closely you can see some of the recycled materials used by Mrs. Robin. Can you spy the following? A dryer sheet, tape, blue string from our trampoline cover, and part of a Kleenex. If you click on the photo, it will enlarge to help you find all the pieces. Mrs. Robin has the Reduce, Reuse & Recycle mentality down pat. I just adore the bright turquoise color of her eggs. We'll have to keep an eye on her nest and wait for the 4 chicks to hatch.
